The 13,000-square-foot luxury high-rise houses over 60 independent beauty professionals and includes fully furnished suites, free covered parking, all utilities, WiFi, and 24/7 secure access. Our salon suites start at $250/week for a standard suite (100-150 sq ft). Large suites (150-250 sq ft) are $325/week, and premium suites (250-350 sq ft) are $400/week. All prices include WiFi, utilities, parking, and maintenance.

New tenants receive their first 4 weeks absolutely free when they sign a lease. This promotional offer helps you transition without financial stress and get your business established.
